Our server is protected by a secure SSL Certificate, meaning the email content is encrypted before being sent across the internet. We do not store any of this data on our website or pass it to any third parties. It is simply used as a communication tool, so you can contact the Centre Management Team.
1.3 Email Newsletter
If you would like to sign up to receive our Newsletter, you can do so by submitting your email address via Newsletter form, which can be found at the footer of each of our web pages.
Your email address will be stored in a secure area on the website. This data will be accessed by a third-party marketing agency, who devise email campaigns on our behalf via secure login to send out any email newsletters.
Your email address will remain within the website database until you specifically request removal from the list. You will be re-contacted every two years to ensure you still want to receive our newsletter. 2.1. Competitions
From time to time you may enter a competition either hosted by us or our third parties. You may provide us with personal data when subscribing to these services either online or through a physical form.

The Spires offers a FREE WIFI service to our customers which is provided by a third party – InkSpotWifi. This can be accessed by logging in into the WI-FI network through your devices network settings.
When you register to this service our third party will collect personal information from you, such as your email, postcode and gender. You will also be offered the opportunity to subscribe to receive The Spires email newsletter.
If you consent to receive The Spires email newsletter; your email address will be forwarded to our secure database on our website and we will send you email style newsletters from time to time.
This Wi-Fi service will also collect data which shows how often, how long you are accessing the Wi-Fi services, map postcodes and will include recording the address of your device that connects to the Wi-Fi network.
They may also communicate with your mobile device to identify its location if the device has Wi-Fi enabled and is properly configured. This will operate irrespective of whether or not you have subscribed to the Wi-Fi service. When this location information is analysed it will be aggregated to prevent any identification of individuals.
To opt out of the collection of your MAC or Internet Protocol (IP) address and location, turn off your device’s Bluetooth and Wi-Fi capabilities.
The address of your device will be stored for as long as it connects to the internet and will be stored to allow you to reconnect at a later date.
This data is used to provide us with customer insight through the analysis of this data.
Children
Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use Wi-Fi networks.
