High Street retailers and office workers can now access a monthly parking permit for just £65 a month, available Monday to Friday!

CAR PARK RULES
Enrolment & Registration
Click on the Enrol Link to access the Your Parking Space (YPS) portal.
Sign up or log in to your YPS account.
Select The Spires Shopping Centre Car Park as your parking location.
Choose the Monday-Friday parking permit (£65/month).
Payment & Setup
Pay a one-time setup fee of £5 for long-term booking and administration.
The first month’s payment (£65) will be deducted on the first day of your booking.
Payments will be automatically taken on the same date each month until cancelled.
Parking Rules & Regulations
Parking is Monday to Friday only (Weekends not included).
Permit holders must park on the 2nd floor (Ground, Basement, and 1st Floor are reserved for shoppers).
Overnight parking is not allowed – vehicles must be removed before the car park closes.
Extreme weather conditions may lead to closure of the 2nd floor, with no refunds issued.
No bays are officially reserved for any user, bays available on a first come first served.
Car Park users are responsible for their own personal belonging, centre cannot be responsible for damage caused to vehicle by third party whilst in the car park.
Cancellation Process
Users must cancel the permit before the start date to avoid being charged.
